I have ordered a service but I can't surf
If you have ordered via the customer portal, restarting your computer is usually enough. If you are connected via a router, you may need to restart that as well. If it's still not working, contact your service provider.
Where do I get my login details to the customer portal?
You choose your login details when you fill in your subscription details for ordering a service. If you have forgotten your details, follow the steps for forgotten password on the login page.
Why isn't my internet running at full speed?
Verify that your router has capacity for the internet speed you have ordered. If you have a 1000 Mbit/s connection, your router needs to support that capacity. Not all routers supports higher speeds, especially older models. A faulty or old network cable can also affect network functions.

Do you need to buy a router or network cables?
Router
A WiFi router gives your devices wireless internet access at home. får dina mobila enheter trådlös internetaccess i hemmet. More expensive models usually supports higher speeds, longer range and more advanced network management features.
However, in order to get a good WiFi signal in all rooms, you may need more than one router. In this case you can install a so-called Mesh network, with several interconnected devices in different rooms. Together they cover a larger area.
Network cable
With a network cable you get a more stable network connection than via WiFi. A new cable lowers the risk for network issues. Buy a modern Cat6 cable from one of the providers below:
